World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day is observed on October 10 every year to promote mental health education, awareness, and advocacy around the world. Mental health is a vital aspect of wellbeing that affects how we think, feel, and act. It also influences how we cope with stress, relate to others, and make choices. World Mental Health Day aims to reduce the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health problems and encourage people to seek help when they need it. You can participate in World Mental Health Day by sharing your story, joining an event, signing a petition, or donating to a cause. To find out more, visit this website.

Together with our Wellbeing Investment Matching partners and Early Intervention partners, we’ve designed and collated a vast range of wellbeing communication material in line with key national and international health awareness days.

This repository of resources is designed with HR, Line Managers and Employees in mind.

Many of the workshops and training courses in our wellbeing calendar are completely free of charge.

Any employers interested in cost option workshops or training courses provided by our wellbeing partners should talk to us about Wellbeing Investment Matching - an initiative by Generali UK to help companies partly or fully fund a wellbeing initiative where a specific need is identified.
