Nikki has a wealth of strategic and operational experience in the cancer field, including leading large scale transformation and change. In previous roles, she led the transformation of personalised care and survivorship at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Trust, and developed a new cancer workforce engagement framework at Macmillan Cancer Support, where she was responsible for strategic oversight and policy advice for 10,000 professionals.
