Webinar - The big debate - Are you ready to Keep Britain Working?
24 February 2026
Generali is pleased to welcome guest speakers from Unum UK and Working to Wellbeing in this 45 minute webinar for HR and Employee Benefits professionals.
About this event
This 45 minute webinar will unpack what the Keep Britain Working agenda means in practice, focusing on prevention, early intervention and the real‑world challenges employers face in supporting people to stay in or return to work. It will explore how approaches have evolved since Dame Carol Black’s review, the shift towards a more prevention‑focused model, and what initiatives like the national rollout of WorkWell may mean for organisations. Featuring Clare Lusted (Unum), Dr Julie Denning (Working To Wellbeing) and host Kay Needle (Early Intervention & Rehabilitation Expert), the discussion will offer clear, practical insight for HR and benefits teams engaging with the KBW framework.
