Webinar - Reasonable adjustments & disability discrimination: The lowdown
20 November 2025
A 40-minute webinar for HR professionals and Line Managers, with guest speaker Crowley Woodford, a Partner at Ashurst LLP, coming to you in advance of International Day of Persons with Disabilities (3 Dec).

About this event
In direct response to feedback and ideas for future webinars, from our multinational HR and Line Manager audiences, we’ve designed this event to focus on reasonable adjustments and disability discrimination.
A complex area that underpins many day-to-day challenges faced in organisations; from long-term absence prevention / management, supporting those with chronic conditions to stay in – and thrive at – work, to employer strategies where termination of employment is being considered as a last resort.
Submit a question
As part of the registration process for this webinar, we invite you to submit a question to Crowley. We have limited time, so won’t be able to answer everything. But we’ll select those questions that lend themselves to helping improve broad understanding. Please bear in mind that we cannot, of course, answer anything specific to an individual case.
Ideas to get you started:
- Keeping in touch with employees during sickness absence: What questions can – and can’t – organisations ask their absent employees?
- Considering whether someone is disabled under the Equality Act 2010: whose responsibility is it?
- Adjustments for disabled employees: what is reasonable?
- Strategies when termination considerations arise: what to do to protect the organisation.
