About this event

Neurodivergent individuals are at a significantly increased risk of both physical and mental health conditions across their lifespan, particularly those of working age.

In this webinar, we are joined by Working To Wellbeing’s Chartered Health Psychologist Dr Anuska Randolph-Stephens, to:

  • Learn why you need to create the conditions for people to feel able to disclose any neurodiversity early. It’s important for lots of prevention, early intervention and rehabilitation reasons.
  • Understand what neurodiversity means. And what employers need to be aware of, in terms of: the Equality Act 2010, environmental factors and the workplace.
  • Explore the difficulties that individuals with a neurodiversity face, in terms of getting appropriate treatment and support, and how employers can help.
