Webinar - How to tackle pension inadequacy

About this event

In advance of Talk Money Week (w/c 11 Nov), we welcome guest speaker Marcus Read, Director, Workplace Financial Wellbeing, Close Brothers.

The new Living Pension standard launched last year (with a number of multinational employers gaining accreditation) https://livingwage.org.uk/living-pension. In this webinar, we examine how this might help improve long-term financial wellbeing for the under-pensioned.

We consider the current state of the pension landscape, using Close Brothers’ experience and latest research findings; zooming in on the gaps – from gender to disability. We ask what could / should employers be doing to help fill those gaps. We also investigate the impact of claimants’ concerns about finance  / pensions and how this can impact mental health.
