A 40-minute webinar for HR and Line Managers, in partnership with Teladoc Health, in advance of International stress awareness week (3-7 Nov).

Webinar - How to reverse the rise of work-related stress.

About this event

The fastest growing contributor to sickness absence and economic inactivity due to sickness is mental health amongst the 16-34 age group.

We look at what the evidence is telling us*. And at why this demands new thinking in wellbeing – balancing individual interventions with organisational aspects.

In this webinar, you will:

  • Learn more about the issue of rising mental health problems among young adults: the why; the perception; the reality; and potential solutions.

  • Examine what Generali UK and Teladoc Health data and experience is telling us

  • Discuss why the employer has a role in being a source of trusted health information and support.
