National Eye Health Week

National Eye Health Week, observed from September 18–24, focuses on the importance of maintaining good vision and eye health. Many eye conditions, including glaucoma and cataracts, can be prevented or treated with early detection. This awareness campaign emphasizes the significance of regular eye exams to protect sight and improve quality of life. National Eye Health Week also advocates for better access to eye care services and provides tips for protecting eye health, such as wearing sunglasses and maintaining a balanced diet. Let’s prioritize the gift of sight and ensure that everyone has access to resources for good vision. 👁️ #EyeHealthWeek Find resources

Together with our Wellbeing Investment Matching partners and Early Intervention partners, we’ve designed and collated a vast range of wellbeing communication material in line with key national and international health awareness days. This repository of resources is designed with HR, Line Managers and Employees in mind. Many of the workshops and training courses in our wellbeing calendar are completely free of charge.

Any employers interested in cost option workshops or training courses provided by our wellbeing partners should talk to us about Wellbeing Investment Matching - an initiative by Generali UK to help companies partly or fully fund a wellbeing initiative where a specific need is identified.
