National Cancer Survivors Day
01 June 2025
National Cancer Survivors Day, held on the first Sunday in June, is a celebration of life, resilience, and hope. It honours cancer survivors and acknowledges the journeys they’ve taken to overcome extraordinary challenges. This day is a reminder of the importance of support networks, early detection, and access to quality healthcare. It’s also a time to recognise the advances in cancer research and treatments that have improved countless lives. Survivorship is an inspiring testament to human strength and determination. Join the global community in celebrating survivors, remembering those we’ve lost, and advocating for a future free from cancer. Together, we can spread hope and raise awareness. 💪 #CancerSurvivorsDay Join in
Together with our Wellbeing Investment Matching partners and Early Intervention partners, we’ve designed and collated a vast range of wellbeing communication material in line with key national and international health awareness days. This repository of resources is designed with HR, Line Managers and Employees in mind. Many of the workshops and training courses in our wellbeing calendar are completely free of charge.
Any employers interested in cost option workshops or training courses provided by our wellbeing partners should talk to us about Wellbeing Investment Matching - an initiative by Generali UK to help companies partly or fully fund a wellbeing initiative where a specific need is identified.
