Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week is an ideal time for us all to think about mental health, tackle stigma, and find out how we can create a society that prevents mental health problems from developing and protects our mental well-being. Focusing on anxiety for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week will increase people's awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing information on the things that can help prevent it from becoming a problem. At the same time, keeping up the pressure to demand change - making sure that improving mental health is a key priority for the government and society as a whole.

Together with our Wellbeing Investment Matching partners and Early Intervention partners, we’ve designed and collated a vast range of wellbeing communication material in line with key national and international health awareness days.

This repository of resources is designed with HR, Line Managers and Employees in mind.

Many of the workshops and training courses in our wellbeing calendar are completely free of charge.

Any employers interested in cost option workshops or training courses provided by our wellbeing partners should talk to us about Wellbeing Investment Matching - an initiative by Generali UK to help companies partly or fully fund a wellbeing initiative where a specific need is identified.
