International Men's Day
19 November 2025
International Men’s Day, celebrated on 19 November, recognises the positive contributions of men and boys to society. In the UK, the campaign focuses on three core themes: improving male wellbeing, supporting charities that help men and boys, and promoting positive conversations about masculinity. Events include debates, health days, comedy nights, and policy launches. The day also highlights serious issues like male suicide, underperformance in education, and men’s health disparities. Everyone is encouraged to take part—regardless of gender—by hosting events, sharing stories, or simply thanking a male role model. #InternationalMensDay #PositiveMaleRoleModels 🔗 Explore UK campaign
Together with our Wellbeing Investment Matching partners and Early Intervention partners, we’ve designed and collated a vast range of wellbeing communication material in line with key national and international health awareness days. This repository of resources is designed with HR, Line Managers and Employees in mind. Many of the workshops and training courses in our wellbeing calendar are completely free of charge.
Any employers interested in cost option workshops or training courses provided by our wellbeing partners should talk to us about Wellbeing Investment Matching - an initiative by Generali UK to help companies partly or fully fund a wellbeing initiative where a specific need is identified.
