It’s not about giving something up—it’s about gaining better sleep, improved mood, clearer skin, and saving money. Participants can use the free Try Dry® app to track progress, set goals, and receive motivational tips. Research shows that those who complete Dry January are more likely to drink less long-term. The campaign also supports fundraising for alcohol-related harm reduction.
