Email disclaimer and legal notice

An email sent by us together with any attachment should be treated as confidential and may contain legally privileged information. If you are not the intended recipient, any disclosure, copying, distribution or any action taken or omitted to be taken in reliance on it, is prohibited and may be unlawful. If you have received an email in error please contact the sender immediately and delete the email without reading it.

We own the copyright in our emails and may own the copyright in any attachment. In each case any unauthorised copying, disclosure, distribution or use of any part is strictly prohibited.

We monitor and record the content of all incoming and outgoing emails. Any email containing inappropriate content may be automatically blocked. Any views expressed in an email are those of the author and not necessarily those of Generali.

Although the emails and attachments sent by us are believed to be free of any virus or other harmful program, it is the responsibility of the recipient to confirm this. No responsibility is accepted by us for any loss or damage that may result from the delivery of an email sent by us.

You should not treat an email sent to us as having been received unless we have sent you a specific acknowledgement. System generated receipts, such as out of office messages, should not be taken as a specific acknowledgement.

Our employees are not authorized to enter into legally binding commitments or relationships by email. No agreement, contract, document, letter or any other attachment to an email should be taken as a legally binding commitment by us unless it is clearly intended to be legally binding and it has been signed by two duly authorised representatives.
